Who is Jean-François Lucas?
Jean-François Lucas holds a doctorate in sociology and is the general delegate of Renaissance Numérique, an independent think tank dedicated to the digital transformation of society since 2005. He has been a consulting director for smart territory projects and an academic researcher in the field of design and management of innovative research projects (EPFL, Télécom ParisTech).
