Since the beginning of the preparation of the event, we have had in mind these guidelines aimed at limiting our impact but also guaranteeing a serene environment for all.

Limit waste and/or waste
- Avoid non-reusable / non-processable / non-recyclable single-use objects (prefer washable dishes, limit disposable plastic to a minimum, prefer reusable objects, avoid overpackaging)
- If you need a non-reusable object: prefer natural, composite or recycled materials (recycled paper, printing on simple non-glossy paper, water-based inks).
- Favor short circuits and local suppliers, who share our values, avoiding plastic.
- Limit printing to what is strictly necessary: favor digital media accessible online rather than printing documents that will only be read by some of the participants.
- Donations of perishable food at the end of the event.
Inclusion of audiences
- Inclusion of audiences Ensure that the conference venues are accessible to as many people as possible as well as the outdoor venues for the evenings.

Adherence to the Drupal Community Code of Conduct.
Setting up a reporting address for participants in case of problems encountered before, during or after the event. - Selection of the program's conferences in a collegial manner to avoid favoritism or exclusion.
Respect and mutual support
- Support system offered to speakers to prepare their speech.
- Visibility of mentors and volunteers during the event.
- Organisation of open workshops during the days, moments dedicated to exchange and learning.
- Distributions of the complexity of the conference topics that are most proportional to the event program.
What to do if you witness or are subject to unacceptable behavior
We remind you that everybody at the event has accepted the code of conduct. If you feel threatened or assaulted as a result of any intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or degrading behavior, please notify an event staff member immediately or contact us at conduite@drupal.fr. Similarly, please notify a member of the event staff immediately if you notice that someone else is being subjected to such behavior.
